Warranty

We always stand behind each product we sell. Regardless of whether you receive the goods just or while using, any quality problem, please tell us. We will be fully responsible for it if quality problem proved: compensate with entities or return money. No matter which way, we will issue Credit Note first for file.

Each turbo enjoys one year warranty with unlimited mileage. 
 
The Buyer has the right to submit claims to the Seller in respect of latent faults (faults that are not to be detected by visual examination) within the whole Warranty period, as well as 30 calendar days after the expiration thereof provided such faults were detected within the Warranty period. A test report from a specialized organization chosen by the Buyer shall be considered as sufficient and satisfactory proof of the Goods being defective. If the test results of such organization show that a random sampling of 10 pieces of a product type in one lot contains 2 (two) defective pieces, all items of this type in this lot shall be considered defective.
 
The Buyer is entitled to submit claims in respect of quantity and/or composition and/or assortment and/or names and/or quality (outward visible damages) of the Goods within 15 working days from the date of the receipt of the Goods. The date of the receipt of the Goods is considered as the date of the Acceptance Report fixing the fact of the Goods transfer to the warehouse of the Buyer, or the Acceptance Report fixing the fact of the Goods transfer to the warehouse of the end receiver of the Goods. 
 
Claims are to be submitted by means of electronic means of communications with the attachment of all necessary evidential matters, namely: commercial report or customs survey report of the Buyer’s country or of the country of the end receiver of the Goods on the found discrepancies in the corresponding lot of the Goods in regard to quantity and/or composition and/or assortment and/or names and/or quality declared by the Seller in the Specification to the Contract or in the agreed shipping documents to the corresponding lot. Photos confirming the revealed discrepancy can be added to this report. At the Buyer's discretion, the report may be additionally verified by the carrier's representative or by the representative of a specialized organization chosen by the Buyer.
 
The written calculation of the claim amount, based on the present Contract and the Specification for the corresponding lot of the Goods, should also be attached to the above-mentioned report.
 
The Seller has to consider the claim and notify the Buyer about his decision not later than 15 calendar days since the date of the claim.

In case the Seller has any objections to the Buyer’s claim, the Seller shall produce a reasoned refusal with all the necessary evidential documents.

Failing to submit a reasoned refusal within the stated term or submitting a refusal without attaching documents sustaining the Seller's objections shall be deemed as consent to the Buyer’s claims in full, which however shall not deprive the Buyer of the right to judicial recourse.
 
Defective/unfit Goods or Goods which do not correspond to the Specification and/or to the terms of the present Contract shall be returned to the Seller at the Seller's request and at the Seller's expense.
 
In case of any disputes with regard to the Buyer's claims, the Seller is entitled to demand that the Buyer make an expertise of the Goods with a participation of a competent independent organization. Such organization shall be chosen by the Buyer. 
 
Expenses for making such expertise, namely the expertise fee, delivery of the Goods for the expertise, travel expenses and expenses of catering and accommodation of the Buyer's and the Seller's representatives (if representatives are required or their presence is agreed upon by the Parties), interpreter service costs, are to be borne by the Party to the dispute against whom the decision is made.

Quality and composition o
f the Goods supplied under the present Contract must correspond to the standards of the Seller’s country as well as to the Goods designation and must allow the possibility of using the Goods without any limitations according to its intended purpose within the whole Warranty period. Neither outward visible damages nor any defects, discrepancies or inadequacy in the Goods, which may decrease the possibility of using or prevent or hinder the use of the Goods within the Warranty period, are allowed.
 
The Buyer's impossibility to return the Seller the Goods totally or partially shall not deprive the Buyer of the right to demand replacement of the Goods and/or to cancel the Contract.
 
Claim to replacement of the Goods or to recover their value shall not be deemed as ground for the Seller to demand that the Buyer return the revenue gained from the Goods or part thereof.
